Whether you’re looking for a bachelorette party idea, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday celebration or just a night out, we got you covered.  Book a private sign making party and host it in the comfort of your home.  Invite some friends and get creative.  You can create a special theme for your party, include good music, good company and set the mood of the party.  Who knows?  Maybe even few beverages of your liking.  You set the feel and theme.

Here is how a Sign Making Party works:

• check the availability and Choose a date for your party and book online
• Invite 7 or more of your friends (plus your lovely self)
• Choose your Design and Options (signs approx. 12″x12″ and 12″x16″)
• We provide all the supplies and instructions, set up and clean up
• Have fun with your friends and create something beautiful all in the comfort of your home.

Cost: Cost starts at $45, but varies depending on the style of sign selected.              


**Please note that extra charge applies for custom design or custom size.  All custom orders and requests and registrations must be emailed to at least 1 week prior to the party.

How many participants are required to book a party?
We require a minimum of 8 participants to secure your booking or an order of $300 min.  (for parties with less than 8 participants the host credit is unavailable and a 300 min. order is required)
How do I book a date?
Simply scroll below and check our availability on the calendar. We update it daily. Then fill out the host registration form and await an email with all the instructions.
If you’re interested in any Saturday options please email us as we have other artists currently running parties as well. We also offer options for lunch or evening party.
How do I secure a booking?
Once you have confirmed 7 other guests, simply confirm a date below in our availability calendar and register as a host. The first deposit of $15 has to be received within 3 days of booking to hold the date. Please check the follow-up email with further instructions.
What is the cost of the party?
Basic sign sizes (12×12) and designs provided in the registration form start at $45. Any custom designs are subject to an additional $15 or more depending on the size and design. A $15 non-refundable fee secures a guests spot.
What is the role of the host of the party and are there any perks
We’re grateful that you’re willing to open up your home to host a party and get together. We bring all the supplies (including paper towel and table cloths, etc) and we clean up our mess.
There is absolutely a perk. The host receives a $45 credit towards the sign of their choice. If you choose to take your sign to the next level, then just simply cover additional costs (custom design, custom size or style).
What type of designs and signs do you offer?
Our basic signs start at 12″x12″ (aprox.) in size and sizes vary according to the style and individual needs. Please review the selection of our designs in the participant registration form below. Simply click on the category and review the signs. We also offer custom designs for an additional fee.
Can I change my mind after I've already selected my design?
Please make sure to contact us if you decide to change your mind to verify whether our designers have already designed/printed your stencil. If your stencil has already been designed or printed, we will be happy to prepare another one for a $10 fee given enough notice. If the new design requires a custom design, a custom design fee will be applied.
How long does a party last?
Each party is unique in the amount of guests and signs they’re creating. On average you can expect a party to last 2,5-3 hours. Plus we need 30 minutes on each end to set up and clean up.
Does everyone need to choose the same design?
Our online registration form contains hundreds of designs in different categories. Each guest/participant is required to register and select their own design.
